Alejandro Calderon, a native of Colombia, has 15 years of experience in the financial sector with JP Morgan and Morgan Stanley. He founded Mutual Empathy, a Venture Impact Studio focused on creating and incubating high-impact projects in the circular and creative economies. Additionally, he founded RWC to mobilize resources for Mutual Empathy's verticals and portfolio companies. Among the initiatives he co-founded are ValueSkies, Salva, Selvazul, Jaguara RBF, Neutraloop, and Canoa Cósmica.

Sacha Pictet
Sacha Pictet is a Swiss citizen, married and father of two based in Florida. He is currently a Founding Partner/Director of RWC LLC, a Delaware based asset management company focusing on sustainable and impact investing in private equity. Sacha joined Partner Alejandro Calderon in September of 2020 as a Director at Mutual Empathy LLC, a venture building studio that incubates impact opportunities at the early/pre-seed stage
